I find Acacia doesn’t ask as much of you as the spirit of mah does. In my experience of mah she is heavily linked to death and asks for that totality of completely dying in your soul and clearing of the ancestral wounds.
Although Acacia is very similar in her effects her spirit is different, she is a sister to Mah, some say she holds a maiden energy. The lightness that comes can be revealing, expanding, and extremely beneficial in letting go and becoming. She will help you to listen to your higher self, connect to source and open to feminine wisdom of the universe.

The practice last about 6-8 hours and is easily integrated. What I like about the Acacia is it expands your conciseness in a way where it is accessible after the journey ends. The grace of profound remembering is gifted to you with a lot of ease.
